FAQ

Do you have a second shooter for weddings?

I do offer a package add-on that includes second shooter coverage for weddings. I photographed weddings solo for my first 2.5 years of being in this gig and continue to do so when couples choose to forego that add-on option, so I can assure you that I am both confident and comfortable doing so. That said, adding the second shooter allows us to get even more varied angles and perspectives (and additional coverage in general) of the many moments that will make up your wedding day.

Do you photograph destination weddings? What about elopements?

Definitely, to both! I've traveled to St. Augustine, FL, Cancun, Mexico, and Denver, CO to photograph weddings in the past, and always love an opportunity to do so.

What is the turnaround expectation for receiving our images?

My editing turnaround time varies based on the season. Typically, the turnaround in the spring, winter, and early summer months is 4-6 weeks. During the late summer and fall months, the turnaround is approxiamately 6-8 weeks.

Are you insured? Do you have backup gear?

Definitely! I shoot with two cameras, and would be happy to provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requests it.

Can we meet before making the decision to book you as our wedding photographer?

Absolutely. It is important for couples to choose a photographer who not only embraces the photographic style they've envisioned for their wedding day, but also to make sure they simply vibe well with each other. I love being able to meet clients before they book (whether that's in person if you're local, or via FaceTime or a phone call if we're in different areas), so just let me know if you are interested in doing so.

Is it ok if I share the images on my social media accounts once I receive them?

Definitely. I am thrilled when couples want to share their images with family and friends, and love to see which ones end up being their favorites. My only two requests are that you mention my photography business when doing so (a simple tag will suffice!) and refrain from using any additional filters on them beyond my original edit.
